Word (.docx) is best because Track Changes works cleanly there. You receive back the same file with Track Changes on plus a short editor's memo. If your original is a PDF, we can convert it — but a Word file always gives a better editing result.
Can I get an editing certificate to submit with my thesis?
Yes — on request we can provide a short editing statement naming the level of edit performed and the date. Check your programme's policy first, as some Kuwait universities require a specific format or a declaration from you as author.
